Credit Control Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist sales team in preparation and checking of sales documentations.
  2. Liaise with solicitors, bankers & purchasers, to follow up and ensure all sales documentations are in compliance with procedures and policies.
  3. Monitor and update the sales team on the sales documentation progress / status & ensure all payments due are duly collected.
  4. Provide general support to the Sales Department in sales inquiries, sales administrative functions and sales launches as and when required.
  5. Prepare and process documents relating to loan, transfer, subsale, etc.
  6. Prepare and follow up on billings, outstanding amounts and stakeholder sum due by purchasers, financiers and solicitors.
  7. Maintain proper records and filing system.
  8. Inter-department coordination.
  9. Any other ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
  2. Experience with Sales Admin / Credit Control of housing developers or conveyancing works of legal firms will be an added advantage.
  3. Good computing skills in MS Office, preferable with IFCA knowledge.
  4. Attention to details with a high level of accuracy.
