Assistant Manager – HR

In providing support to Head of HR, the candidate shall:

• Assist in the performance appraisal and KPI tracking for all employees of the Group;
• Take charge of manpower planning, job sizing and employee deployment for the optimization of human resources within the Group;
• Facilitate the training and development for all employees, either internally or externally;
• Assist in ensuring employee retention and improve employees’ engagement;
• Assist in the implementation of succession planning to ensure business continuity and sustainability;
• Formalise the relevant HR policies and procedures and monitor the compliance;
• Prepare the relevant reports and support the ESG/sustainability reporting for the Group;
• Support the day-to-day activities of HR; and
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

The candidate with outstanding performance could potentially be promoted to manager.
