Asst Sales / Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

The Asst Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of property sales consultants, and achieving sales targets for the company’s property projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  1. Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluations for team members.
  1. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and forecasts.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  1. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, project, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Contribute to marketing campaigns and events to enhance lead generation.
  1. Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum [X] years of sales experience in the property or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:
