Branding & Digital Specialist Manager

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Branding & Digital Specialist Manager who combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic execution. This individual will oversee our branding initiatives, digital presence, and data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in digital marketing but also adept at analysing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and innovative marketing solutions.

This is an urgent hiring need, and we are seeking a highly motivated candidate ready to make an immediate impact.

  1. Branding & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute cohesive branding strategies that align with Radium’s vision and market positioning.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all digital and traditional platforms.
  2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content.
    • Bonus: Prior experience managing a super app or working on an all-in-one platform development will be a significant advantage.
  3. Data Analytics:
    • Analyze data from the current database to identify trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities.
    • Summarize data insights into clear, actionable proposals for upcoming marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms for performance reporting and analysis.
  4. Campaign Development:
    • Propose and execute innovative marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights and market research.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer care teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
    • Manage external vendors and agencies for specific campaign execution needs.
  6. Market Trends:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to keep Radium ahead of the curve.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s advance diploma & degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, and data analytics.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
    • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to execution.
  • Preferred: Background in property development or related industries.
