C&S Engineer / IOW

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure construction projects meet specified standards and deadlines.
  2. Conduct on-site inspections and monitor construction progress.
  3. Verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  4. Ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
  5. Act as a liaison between the developer, contractors, and stakeholders.
  6. Maintain detailed records of site activities and progress.
  7. Assist in resolving construction-related problems and disputes.
  8. Conduct quality checks at various stages of the construction process.
  9. Report any issues or deviations from plans to the project manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering / Construction Management or any related filed.
  2. At least 1 year working experience in C&S Consultant Firm.
  3. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Willingness to work on-site.
  6. Possession of a valid CIBD Green Card and IOW Certificate.
