HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

Assisting Head of Human Resources to :

  1. Handle full spectrum of HR management system:
    1. Responsible for the integrity of HR Database and as well as accurate processing of payroll;
    2. Handle full spectrum of computerized HR administration and management
      including payroll, e-claims, e-leaves etc.
  2. Handle full spectrum of recruitment, including but not limited to attracting applicants, interviewing and evaluating applicants, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, conducting orientation for on-boarding staff, etc.
  3. Learning and Development:
    1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;
    2. Evaluate training effectiveness and review feedback;
    3. Source and liaise with training providers;
    4. Understand the e-learning techniques, and where relevant, provide in-house training.
  4. Other Human Resources and Admin functions:
    1. Assist to improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;
    2. Handle staff resignation process and documentations, eg. exit interview;
    3. Maintain staff leaves record and attendance;
    4. Monitor staff confirmation;
    5. Maintain employee files and HR filing system;
    6. Maintaining staff insurance listing;
    7. Other admin functions as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or bachelor Degree in HR or equivalent;
  • Related experience in construction and property development industry is preferred;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and;
  • Good command of English, Malay and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
