Responsible for the integrity of HR Database and as well as accurate processing of payroll;
Handle full spectrum of computerized HR administration and management
including payroll, e-claims, e-leaves etc.
Handle full spectrum of recruitment, including but not limited to attracting applicants, interviewing and evaluating applicants, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, conducting orientation for on-boarding staff, etc.
Learning and Development:
Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;
Evaluate training effectiveness and review feedback;
Source and liaise with training providers;
Understand the e-learning techniques, and where relevant, provide in-house training.
Other Human Resources and Admin functions:
Assist to improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;
Handle staff resignation process and documentations, eg. exit interview;
Maintain staff leaves record and attendance;
Monitor staff confirmation;
Maintain employee files and HR filing system;
Maintaining staff insurance listing;
Other admin functions as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or bachelor Degree in HR or equivalent;
Related experience in construction and property development industry is preferred;
Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and;
Good command of English, Malay and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
